4. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when booking is accurate.
If incorrect vehicle, tyre size, location or other information results in additional travel, incorrect tyres being supplied or additional work being required, additional charges may apply.
Please check the tyre size directly from your vehicle or existing tyre before confirming your booking whenever possible.

Prices will be provided or agreed before the relevant service is carried out wherever reasonably possible.
Payment may be accepted by cash, card or another payment method confirmed by us.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made before or immediately upon completion of the service.
Additional charges may apply where:

A £45 call-out charge may apply, subject to the circumstances of the booking and service availability.
Where a technician has been dispatched following a confirmed booking and the customer subsequently refuses or cancels the agreed service after attendance or dispatch, the applicable call-out charge may remain payable.
The customer should ask for clarification about applicable call-out charges before confirming a booking if required.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact Mobile Tyre Rescue Services as soon as possible.
Charges may apply where:
A technician has already been dispatched
The technician has arrived at the agreed location
Tyres have been specifically ordered for your vehicle
Costs have already been incurred in preparing for your booking
Any applicable cancellation or call-out charge will depend on the circumstances of the booking and applicable consumer rights.
8. Arrival and Response Times
Any arrival or response time provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Actual arrival times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Road closures
Technician availability
Distance and location
Previous emergency jobs
Tyre availability
Unexpected operational delays
We will make reasonable efforts to attend within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee a specific arrival time unless expressly agreed.
9. Puncture Repairs
Not every punctured tyre can be safely repaired.
Before carrying out a puncture repair, the tyre may need to be inspected to determine whether repair is appropriate.
A repair may not be possible where there is:
Sidewall damage
Excessive tread wear
Structural damage
Significant cracking or deterioration
Damage outside an appropriate repairable area
Previous damage or repairs affecting safety
Any other condition making repair inappropriate
Where a safe repair cannot be carried out, tyre replacement may be recommended.
10. Tyres and Materials
Tyres supplied will be based on the specifications and requirements agreed with the customer.
Where a specific tyre brand or model is requested, this must be confirmed when booking and remains subject to availability.
Equivalent or alternative tyre options will not be substituted without customer agreement where such agreement is reasonably required.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty remains subject to the relevant manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate booking information
Ensuring lawful access to the vehicle
Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location
Providing a safe and reasonably suitable working area
Informing us of any known vehicle or tyre problems that may affect the work

Making payment in accordance with the agreed terms
The customer must have authority to authorise work on the vehicle.
12. Safety and Working Conditions
The safety of our technicians, customers and other road users is important.
We reserve the right to delay, relocate, suspend or refuse a service where working conditions are considered unsafe.
This may include circumstances involving:
Dangerous roadside locations
Unsafe traffic conditions
Severe weather
Insufficient working space
Unstable or unsuitable ground
Threatening or abusive behaviour
Other hazards that prevent the work from being carried out safely
Where possible, an alternative safe location or arrangement may be discussed.
13. Pre-Existing Vehicle or Tyre Conditions
Customers should inform us of any known damage, faults or modifications that could affect the work.
Mobile Tyre Rescue Services is not responsible for faults or damage that existed before our work commenced or that arise from unrelated underlying vehicle defects.
Where a pre-existing condition prevents the requested work from being safely completed, we may stop the service and explain the issue to the customer.
14. Service Standards and Liability
We will use reasonable care and skill when providing our services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for problems arising solely from pre-existing vehicle or tyre defects.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Manufacturer Warranties
New tyres and certain materials supplied by us may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s own eligibility requirements, exclusions and claims process.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, punctures, misuse and damage caused by road hazards may not be covered unless specifically included within the applicable warranty.
