These terms and conditions outline the rules for using our mobile tyre fitting and puncture repair services. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Service Description

We offer mobile tyre fitting, tyre replacement, and puncture repair services at a customer-specified location. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Bookings

• Bookings may be made online, by phone, or through our mobile application.
• Customers must provide accurate information, including vehicle details, tyre size, and service location.
• A booking confirmation will be issued once the initial deposit is received. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Pricing and Payment

• Service prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment can be made via cash, card, or any other accepted payment method and must be completed before or upon service completion.
• Additional charges may apply for out-of-hours services, difficult access locations, or exceptional circumstances.
• A call-out charge of £45 applies, subject to availability.
• If the customer declines the service after confirmation, the call-out charge remains payable.

Service Guarantee and Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including delays, vehicle damage, or incidents caused by pre-existing tyre conditions.
• All supplied tyres and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and scheduled time.
• Provide correct tyre information and disclose any special requirements.
• Make sure the surrounding area is clear and safe for the technician to work.

Safety and Working Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, including hazardous weather or dangerous locations.
• Customers must ensure a safe working environment is available.

Tyres and Materials

• All tyres and materials supplied are subject to manufacturer warranties.
• Requests for specific tyre brands or specifications must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to customers where applicable.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
